Booking
Use any of the buttons to book a VIP Day. You can pick the day that works best for your team based on availability. It will say 8am but that’s just to reserve the day. Don’t worry Caleb won’t get on-site until 9am. Caleb will be in contact before the on-site day to go over some of the details.
On-Site VIP Day
Caleb will be on-site with your team from 9am-3pm for your VIP Day. The day will most likely start with intros and an overview of the day based on pre-VIP Day conversations. Caleb and your team will actually PRACTICE making videos based on your needs during the day. It’s hands-on, practical and fun!
What You Don’t See
Caleb works beyond just the 9-3 VIP Day… Caleb will be busy prepping for your VIP Day by researching video content that performs well in your industry, creating an epic list of industry specific video ideas, and creating a video content workbook for your team based on your needs. Then after, he’ll send a helpful list of video gear for your team.

First of all, right when you book, there is a questionnaire to fill out that will give Caleb a better understanding of your team and needs. After the booking, Caleb will be in contact a few times before the on-site VIP Day collecting information and putting together a plan catering to the needs of your team.

The first immediate result will be the knowledge and skills that you will develop as a video creator. As you continue to make videos, you will get better and be more comfortable making the types of videos you need for your marketing strategy.

Most of areas to cover will be determined from the Booking form and pre-VIP Day communication. You can definitely request additional topics if needed. During the VIP Day- you have the opportunity to ask anything at any time and if Caleb cannot give an immediate answer, he will research it and follow-up in an email.

No skill or experience is required beforehand. However, almost everyone has SOME type of experience with video because we have one of the best cameras on the market in our pockets at all times.

The logistics and plan will be given to the team's main contact who filled out the form. Once the day is scheduled, it is locked in. If people are sick or have family emergencies, we can reschedule but it's best to schedule a VIP Day when you know your whole team will be there.
